PM Modi Arrives in Cyprus for Landmark Visit
On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched down in Cyprus, marking the first-ever visit by an Indian Prime Minister to this Mediterranean nation. His arrival in Limassol was met with an enthusiastic and heartfelt reception from the local Indian diaspora, who welcomed him with bouquets and warm greetings at his hotel.

This milestone visit, described as historic by officials from both India and Cyprus, reflects deepening ties between the two countries. Accompanied by a delegation of approximately 100 officials, PM Modi visited Cyprus at the cordial invitation of President Nicos Christodoulides.
Upon landing at Larnaca International Airport, Prime Minister Modi received a ceremonial welcome from President Christodoulides. Expressing his gratitude, Modi tweeted, "Landed in Cyprus.
