Milena stands about 2 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 40 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
The child was reportedly abducted by Siem Gebremeskel, a 24-year-old Black male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 150 pounds. The suspect's clothing description was unknown at the time of the alert.

Authorities stated that Milena and the suspect were believed to be in a black 2017 Chevrolet Malibu with Ohio license plate JNU3896. The vehicle reportedly has tinted windows.
