Errol Musk Visits Ayodhya's Ram Temple
Errol Musk, father of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, visited the iconic Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday afternoon. Describing the experience as "wonderful" and among the "best things" he has ever done, Errol expressed enthusiasm for the temple's eventual completion, calling it a potential "wonder of the world."
Alongside the Ram temple visit, Errol also paid respects at the nearby Hanumangarhi temple. Although there were initial plans for him to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, the visit might be cancelled due to extreme heat conditions in the region.
Positive Impressions of India and Spiritual Sites
Speaking after his temple visits, Errol Musk shared positive impressions of his time in India. "My experience here in India has been wonderful," he said, highlighting the grandeur of the temples and the hospitality of the people. He was accompanied by his daughter Alexandra Musk during the visit. Errol arrived at Ayodhya airport around 2:30 p.m. and departed after 4 p.m., appearing in traditional kurta-pyjama attire during the temple visit.
Strict Security Measures in Place
Security in Ayodhya was notably heightened to ensure the safety of visitors and the sanctity of the temple complex. Officials confirmed a robust three-layered security system including:
- 24/7 deployment of advanced anti-drone systems capable of detecting and neutralizing unauthorized aerial activity
- Comprehensive CCTV surveillance across the temple area
- Regular visitor checks and specially trained security personnel on duty
Authorities stated that the existing security protocols were deemed sufficient, and no additional coverage was added specifically for Errol Musk's visit.
